In Conclusion

My Final Thoughts

This semester and writer's notebook was very refreshing. It has been a long time since I was able to (and made to) write creatively and look at writing critically. I have been able to use techniques and genres that I have learned from my early introduction to creative writing in high school and things I have learned during this class. Exploring how I have changed as a writer as well as how I have changed in the way I look at writing has been a truly happy experience. I can only hope that I will continue to write for myself in my own time, but I know that I will always write alongside my future students once I have a classroom. And I cannot wait to see the writer I will eventually become: for my students and for myself.
